Brad Guerin

Brad Guerin

Principal, Chief Executive Officer, Architect

As a founding partner of Salus Facilities, Brad brings more than 25 years of architectural experience to the Salus’ collaborative team. Brad’s years of experience have focused on life safety in the public sector in educational, healthcare, assembly, and municipal settings, and also include numerous projects in the private sector.

Prior to creating Salus Facilities, Brad was a founding partner of Fusion Architecture, a Louisiana based architectural firm. Brad has served as a Principal Architect with Fusion Architecture for 15 plus years, in which the firm designed, managed, and oversaw more than 250 million dollars’ worth of construction.

Brad is a member of the American Institute of Architects, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is licensed in numerous states throughout the country.

Brad is a community volunteer and has served as the president of the local main street board, chamber board member, and Chairman of the local chamber of commerce.

Brad received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Louisiana State University. Brad lives in southern Louisiana with wife, Shawn, and their daughter.

Hampton Obier

Hampton Obier

Principal, Chief Operating Officer

Hampton Obier is a business leader and a military officer. In his role directing operations for Salus Facilities, Hampton leads project management and risk management.

Hampton started Salus Facilities with Brad Guerin in 2016 after holding a position in business development and as the general manager of the Island Golf and Country Club in Plaquemine, Louisiana. Hampton continues his military career in the United States Air Force serving as a cyber officer in the 214th Engineering Installation Squadron, Louisiana Air National Guard. In his reserve capacity, Hampton oversees cyber installation projects across the globe and sits on the Louisiana Cyber Defense Response Team.

Hampton is involved in a host of non-profit organizations and activities in the Greater Baton Rouge Area. He sits on the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors where he served as Chairman in 2017 and spearheaded the biennial West Baton Rouge Parish Investment Tour. Hampton teaches for Jobs for Life at the Christian Outreach Center in Baton Rouge engaging and equipping people for lives of meaningful work. Hampton also serves on the Iberville Museum Board of Directors.

Hampton received his bachelor's degree in international business from Southeastern Louisiana University. Hampton resides in Rosedale, Louisiana with his wife, Laura, and their four children.

Jonathan Schellack

Jonathan Schellack

Principal, Chief Information Officer

Jonathan Schellack is responsible for development of the Salus Land and Building System platform and other technology.

Prior to joining Salus Facilities, Jonathan worked as an internal consultant for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana to solve complex business challenges with technology and collaboration. He provided strong expertise in Application Development support, ensured that technology architectural principles and standards were applied, and provided technical and strategic input and oversight of projects.

Jonathan has also led teams in Application Development, Enterprise Application Integration, IT Operations, and IT Support for major enterprises and software startups.

Jonathan holds an A.B. in English from Davidson College. He lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with his wife, Katie, three daughters, and two cats.
